Need better lighting, photo quality at Aadhaar Kendra

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the photographs taken at Aadhaar Seva Kendra sometimes appear very dark and unclear on the Aadhaar card. As a result, even photocopies of the Aadhaar card do not show the person’s photograph clearly.

I request the Aadhaar Kendra authorities to ensure proper lighting, camera focus and suitable positioning while capturing the photograph.

This will help ensure that the photograph is clear and of good quality on the card.
