New auditorium inaugurated at Mysore Bar Association

Mysore/Mysuru: Principal District and Sessions Court Judge M.L. Raghunath inaugurated the new auditorium at the Mysore Bar Association office in the District Courts Complex here this morning.

Speaking on the occasion, Judge Raghunath complimented the Bar Association for the new auditorium. Pointing out that the auditorium will provide indoor space for clients and their advocates to sit together and discuss cases, he said that the Association has come up with several programmes for the benefit of advocates and it must continue its good work for the welfare of the legal fraternity.

Noting that a Mega Lok Adalat will take place on Sept.30, he said that this provides a great opportunity for litigants to settle their long pending cases amicably, with saving of time and money. 

Seeking the co-operation of advocates for making the Lok Adalat a success, he observed that advocates must be more responsive and committed to the service of their clients.

A total of 15 donors who contributed for the construction of the auditorium were felicitated on the occasion.

Mysore Bar Association President S.Anand Kumar presided.

Association office-bearers B. Shivanna, S.G. Shivannegowda, G.P.Chandrashekar, C.K. Rudramurthy  and M. Manonmani, senior members M.R. Bhaskar Aradhya, Anitha A. Joshi, T. Seena, Shankar Singh and others were present on the occasion.
