Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Nayaz Pasha took charge as the new Resident Medical Officer (RMO) of the city’s K.R. Hospital, an attached Hospital of MMC&RI, here yesterday.

He assumed charge from Dr. M.S. Rajesh Kumar, who has been transferred.

Dr. Nayaz Pasha, a Critical Care and Palliative Care Specialist, was serving as the RMO of District Hospital on KRS road for the past three and half years. Now he has been posted as K.R. Hospital RMO, following which he took charge.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar has been promoted and has been asked to report at the Health and Family Welfare Services Directorate at Bengaluru for a new posting, it is learnt.
