Bengaluru: Prof. B. Thimme Gowda has been appointed as Vice-Chairman of Karnataka State Council Higher Education following an order by the State Higher Education Department recently.
Prof. Thimme Gowda is the former Vice-Chancellor of Bangalore University and the Karnataka Panchayat Raj and Rural Development University.
