Nine Mysuru industries bag Awards

CM to present awards during valedictory of the Vendor Development Programme & Investor Summit-2017 in Bengaluru on Nov.24

Mysuru: Nine industries in Mysuru have bagged various awards which will be presented by Chief Minister Siddharamaiah during the valedictory of the Vendor Development Programme & Investor Summit-2017 to be held at Bengaluru  International Exhibition Centre in Bengaluru on Nov.24 at 4 pm.

Apart from nine industries from Mysuru, one from Mandya and five others from Chamarajanagar have also bagged the awards. The list of industries which have bagged the awards is as follows:

MYSURU

Manufacturing Excellence Award: JK Tyre & Industry Ltd., Metagalli; SSV Natural Juices and Herbal Products, J.P. Nagar; Deco Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Metagalli and Entellcad Engineering, Hebbal Industrial Area.

Printing & Publicity: NJ Stationery at Jayapura Hobli.

Textile: Karnataka Coir Foam & Allied Industrial Corporation, Industrial Estate.

State Export Excellence Awards: Plansee India High Performance Material Pvt. Ltd. Hebbal Industrial Area, N. Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt. Ltd., Industrial Suburb and Nestle India Limited, Nanjangud.

CHAMARAJANAGAR

Manufacturing Excellence Award: Adwit Global, JSS Rudset, Mariyala.

State Export Excellence Awards: KUM Internationals, Badanakuppe, AEC OFFSHORE Trading Pvt. Ltd., JSS Rudset, Mariyala, B.G. Granites, Badanakuppe and Navitha Export (Unit II), JSS ITI College Campus, Mariyala.

MANDYA

Manufacturing Excellence Award: Welspun Corp. Ltd., Gejjalagere, Maddur taluk.

Mysore Industries Association (MIA), representing industries of Mysuru, Mandya and Chamarajanagar, has taken up various programmes for the development of industries since 25 years that resulted in the industries winning the awards, according to a press release from MIA Secretary Suresh Kumar Jain.

Investors Summit- 2017 from tomorrow

The Mega Vendor Development and Investors Summit 2017, organised by the State Government, will be held on Nov. 23 and 24 at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre on Tumakuru Road. The Summit will act as a common platform for industries to identify vendors of their choice in terms of production capacity and quality standards.

It will enable companies to explore investment opportunities for their expansion proposals.
