Mysore/Mysuru: National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mysore Chapter, in association with the Department of Studies (DoS) in Social Work, University of Mysore (UoM), has organised the 5th edition of STUNA 2023, a National Conference on ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders – For 21st Century Knowledge Era) at Senate Bhavan in Manasagangothri in city on Dec. 15.

Announcing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan yesterday, NIPM Mysore Chapter Chairman C.V. Srinivasan said that Tumakuru Ramakrishna Vivekananda Ashram President Swami Veereshananda Saraswathi will inaugurate the event at 10.30 am. University of Mysore Vice-Chancellor Prof. N.K. Lokanath will chair. Former Tumkur University VC Col. (Prof.) Dr. Y.S. Siddegowda will deliver the keynote address.

The Conference features Technical Session-1 on ‘Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders’ from 12 noon to 1.30 pm with sub-themes Digital Transformation in HR, 21st Century Skills for Leaders and Skills, Values and Ethics for Leaders.

NIPM Karnataka Chapter Hon. Chairman A.U. Dinesh, NIPM Mysore Chapter Past Chairman Dr. Harish Machaiah and Cyient Global Learning & OD Director Nilanjana Bhaduri will be the panellists. Toyota Kirloskar Motors’ Dr. B. Jagadish will be the moderator.

Technical Session-2 on ‘Future of Work’ from 2.30 pm to 4 pm with sub-themes HR in Gig Economy, Start-Ups & Emerging Business, Multi Cultural Workplace and People Centric HR Strategy, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Movate Chief People Officer Anish Philip, SIS Group Enterprises SVP-HR Shoba Saji, SJCE Environmental Engineering Professor Dr. B.M. Sadashiva Murthy and PepsiCo former Senior Director HR and Avtar Advisor Kannan Hariharan will be the panellists. NIPM Mysore Chapter VP and GRAAM Executive Director Dr. Basavaraju R. Shreshta will be the moderator.
