Mysore/Mysuru: In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s arrival in city today to take part in various events today evening and tomorrow morning, City Police have prohibited parking of all types of vehicles today and tomorrow on the VIP routes.

Parking of vehicles is banned on the VIP route (both sides) from M.N. Jois Circle to Ramaswamy Circle-Thataiah Circle-Basaveshwara Circle- Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Circle- Nanjangud Road-Mantapa Junction till Rajahamsa Circle.

Parking facility for mass yoga participants tomorrow (June 21)

The following are the parking lots provided by City Police for vehicles of yoga participants, buses, VIPs, and Government officials. 

Two and four-wheelers

Yuvaraja’s College, Maharani’s College, Junior Maharaja’s College, Nanjaraja Bahadur Choultry and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan.

Parking for buses

J.K. Grounds and Scouts and Guides Grounds.

Parking for VIP vehicles

CADA Office, Mysuru City Corporation premises and the parking lot near Varaha Gate.

Parking for Government officials’ vehicles

Town Hall.
