Dr.Renu Agrawal, former Chief Scientist and Rural Development co-ordinator, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, has been nominated as a Member of National Experts Advisory Committee (NEAC) by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, for a period of three years.
NEAC will be evaluating and monitoring various programmes involving children, Children Science Congress, innovative research and outreach.
Dr.Renu Agrawal has also been honoured as “SHERO” by Biostandups, the best online science magazine. She has been the opening year (January, 2017) Face of the Month for the magazine and has been honoured to be on their editorial board.
Apart from this, she has been selected for “Abdul Kalam Life Time Achievement Award” by International Institute of Social and Economic Reforms which will be presented shortly.
