NR Group emerges champion

City’s NR Group emerged as the champions of Group 2, 3rd division league organised by Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) in Bengaluru.

In the finals, NR Group defeated Prime Focus by 9 wickets. Batting first Prime Focus were bowled out for a paltry 106 in 21.1 overs. Naveen picked up 7 for 14. In reply, NR Group scored 108 for the loss of one wicket in 13.4 overs. Bharath scored 41 while Venkatesh remained 47 not out.

Brief Score: Prime Focus 106 all out in 21.1overs (Naveen-7/14) lost to NR Groups 108 for 1 in 13.4 overs (Bharath 41,Venkatesh 47 not out).
