Mysuru: The 7th training camp organised by National Service scheme-Empanelled Training Institution (NSS-ETI) was launched by S.Indumathi, HoD of Economics, University of Mysore, at Manasagangothri here recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Indumathi said that NSS officials and students should create awareness among people on environment and cleanliness.

She pointed out that most of the people are concerned with cleanliness of their places of residence but not at public places. She regretted that it was the reason for spread of vector-borne diseases. Hence, she suggested people to change their mindset.
