Mysuru: To honour the memory of the renowned Kannada and Malayalam theatre and film actress, and former speech therapist, late Indira Nair, a tribute event titled ‘Nudi Namana’ has been organised by the Indian Institute of Educational Theatre (IIET) in city tomorrow (Sept. 13) at 6 pm.
The programme will take place at the IIET campus, Hardwicke School premises on JLB Road and will be attended by several prominent personalities from the theatre and education sectors.
Senior theatre director and actor Rameshwari Verma, Director of All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysuru, Prof. M. Pushpavathi, senior theatre director Prof. H.S. Umesh, writer and producer S.P. Raghu and Srinivas Palahalli from Niranthara Foundation will be the chief guests and share their memories of Indira Nair.
