Nanjangud -Jagadish (42), a resident of Mandya, died after coming in contact with a live electric wire yesterday night while walking towards the dasoha bhavan near Srikanteshwara Temple complex.  

He was rushed to a hospital where he died. Jagadish had visited Nanjangud to witness the Jathra Mahotsava along with his wife and two kids. Town Police have registered a case.
