Mysuru: A man, who clicked on the link sent by cyber criminals to his mobile phone has lost Rs. 1.60 lakh.
The man who lost his money is a 48-year-old resident of Rajivnagar in city.
As soon as the man clicked on the link sent to his mobile phone, his phone went dead following which he went to the service centre and got his mobile phone repaired.
But in the meantime, cyber criminals had illegally transferred Rs. 1.60 lakh from his bank account.
He then lodged a complaint at city’s CEN Police Station.
