This open manhole in KHB colony, Hootagalli, is in the same state since 15 days. Following complaints from the public, civic workers attended to the problem but left unfinished. Residents complain that the workers are coming daily and attending to the work for about 30 minutes but still the work is not completed. Authorities concerned are urged to instruct the workers to complete the work at the earliest.
