Mysore/Mysuru: Organ donation is a selfless and life-changing act by the family of the deceased. It is a challenging situation when one loses their loved ones but at the same time decides to donate their organs  and pass on the gift of life to another person.

In such a life-changing act, the organs of a 26-year-old youth were donated at Apollo BGS Hospitals, Mysuru.

Details: J. Manoj Shankar, a mechanical engineer and a resident of Hebbal, Mysuru, was brought to Apollo BGS Hospitals on Oct. 17 at 11.40 pm in a critical condition after he met with an RTA (Road Traffic Accident) on Oct. 16 night near JC Nagar in city.
