Mysuru: The Depart-ment of MBA, Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Centre for Post Graduate Studies, Mysuru, had organised an Outbound Training for MBA students at Wild Wag Tail, Sakleshpura, in association with Passion Adventure Wisdom, Mysuru. Outbound Training (OBT) is an offsite training system conducted in an environment aloof or away from the regular and routine environment of the class room. A trip to countryside, rivers and forests, valleys surrounded by hills make ideal OBT locations. It greatly encourages experience-based wisdom. This outbound training has helped grooming the personalities of students and assist them becoming better aligned with the organisational policies, objectives and standards, to become more positive and also helped them realise their unexplored potential and talent. Prof. T. P. Renukamurthy, Dr. Kavith, Chiranth, Deepak, Manjunath, faculty of MBA Department and Kotresh of Passion Adventure Wisdom, were present.
