A garbage bin placed at Vontikoppal 3rd Main Road is overflowing and is not cleared resulting in the garbage spilling on the road and stray dogs feeding on leftover food dumped there. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage cleared and also take steps to get the bin cleaned regularly.
