P.K. Shivappa (91), a senior Congress leader, former Taluk Board President and former Agro Industries Chairman, passed away on Tuesday midnight at a private hospital in Bengaluru.
He leaves behind two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his farm in Periyapatna today, according to family sources.
