Palahalli murder case: Police arrest two, search on for other four accused

Srirangapatna: Srirangapatna Police have arrested two out of the six accused allegedly involved in Prajwal alias Papu murder that was reported in Palahalli village of Srirangapatna taluk about 10 days ago.

The arrested have been identified as 35-year-old Pramod, a resident of Palahalli and Mubarak, a resident of Bengaluru.

The Police are on the look out for the remaining four accused — Prakash (Belli), Abhishek (Koli Abhi), Rakshith (Kunta Rakshith), Keerthi (Heraganahalli Keerthi) — who are at large.

Pramod, the accused No. 1, is the elder brother of Vinu alias Kunta Vinu, who was murdered about three months back. It is said that Pramod and his accomplice had killed Prajwal to seek revenge for Vinu’s murder.
