Chamaraja Constituency MLA L. Nagendra distributed ration kits to Pourakarmikas, destitute, unorganised sector labourers and poorest of the poor who do not possess ration cards at a programme held at Sri Lakshmamma Annayyappa Memorial Hall on KRS Road this morning. The beneficiaries were identified from Ward No.5 in Kumbarakoppal.
Picture above shows the beneficiaries walking past the Mysuru District COVID Hospital on KRS Road with the kits perched on their heads, seemingly unaware of the positive patients under quarantine at the designated hospital.
