‘Peace Poster’ drawing contest for children on Nov. 14

Lions International Dist-317A has organised a Peace Poster Drawing Competition for students at Curzon Park, near Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple in city on Nov. 14 between 9 am and 1 pm. Children who are born between Nov. 16, 2008 and Nov. 15, 2011 are eligible. The theme for the contest is ‘Lead with Compassion’. Three drawings will be selected by the judges and will be later sent to Lions International. The International Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to award ceremony where he/she will receive 5,000 US dollars and an award.

Two family members can accompany the winner to the ceremony. 23 Merit Award winners each will receive 500 US dollars and a certificate for achievement. For details, call Lions International District Chairperson Ln. R. Rajanikanth on Mob: 94480-37722.
