Pedestrian killed as goods vehicle hits

Mysore/Mysuru: An unidentified pedestrian was killed when a goods vehicle rammed into him in front of Bal Bhavan main entrance on Nelson Mandela Road at about 5.30 am on Wednesday.

The deceased, aged between 55 and 60 years, was crossing the road when the goods vehicle (KA-09-C-8647) hit him. He has a mole below his neck.

N.R. Traffic Police, who have registered a case, have arrested the driver of the goods vehicle identified as Harish of N.R. Mohalla.
