Sahaja Samrudha and Belavala Foundation have organised an interactive session on ‘The Basics of Permaculture’ by Michael Commons, an active member of the Thai Wanakaset Network, a network of farmers living at the edges of natural forest reserves, on Nov.10 from 10.30 am at Belavala Parisara Kendra, Belagola village, Mysuru. Michael works on Regenerative Value Chain Development, Agricultural Biodiversity and Forest Gardening with Earth Net Foundation.

 Natural Soap Making for Beginners: An introduction to natural soap making will be held by Chonchaya Chanrawin, a  long-time student of “Wanakaset” (Agroforestry and Self-Reliance) connects with nature and tradition in creation of personal care products. 

Chonchaya or popularly called as Yoke will demonstrate wonderful products that connect  with nature and share her journey on creation of a eco-social enterprise ‘ You Sabai Garden.’
