Mysore/Mysuru:  In the wake of new rules and regulations by the Animal Welfare Board of India, pertaining to the implementation of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog breeding and marketing) Rules, 2018 framed under PCA Act 1960, a meeting of pet owners and dog breeders has been convened tomorrow at Grand Serene Pvt. Ltd. building, opposite to City Police Commissioner’s Office at 6 pm.

The Act restricts the number of dogs that can be kept at homes as per the area (size) of the house among other rules 

The meeting to be chaired by Mysore Canine Club President B.P. Manjunath will be attended by Veterinarian Dr. Sanjeevmurthy and others.
