Hassan: Sandalwood actor and director Rishab Shetty suffered burns on his back when a petrol bomb exploded during the shooting of the film ‘Hero’ near Belur in Hassan yesterday. His hair too was burned in the incident.

Rishab and actress Ganavi were shooting for an action sequence for which petrol bombs were being used. While the first petrol bomb went off without any problem, the second bomb exploded causing injuries to the actor. As preventive measures were in place, no major incident took place. Rishab is being treated at a nearby private hospital and is said to be out of danger.
