Mysore/Mysuru: PGL Samsmarana Vedike has organised the 19th year music programmes in memory of the guru and artiste Karnataka Kalashree Vid. P.G. Lakshminarayana (PGL) on Dec. 13 and 14 at Vasudevacharya Bhavana, Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha, on JLB Road in city.
On Dec. 13 at 6 pm, renowned musician Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar and Art Patron C.R. Himamshu will be felicitated. It will be followed by a Karnatak music vocal duet concert by Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar and Dr. Sumana Vedant accompanied by Vidu. Adithi Krishnaprakash on violin, Vid. G.S. Ramanujan on mridanga and Vid. V.S. Ramesh on morching.
On Dec. 14, there will be a nadaswara recital by Vid. Sreedhara accompanied by Vidu. Prithvi Bhaskar on violin, Vid. M.L. Vadiraj on mridanga and Vid. Shamith Gowda on ghata.
