Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, has awarded Ph.D in Civil Engineering to M.C. Chandan for his thesis ‘Urban land use modelling and developing a framework of spatial decision support system for Indian cities’ submitted under the guidance of Prof. Bharath Haridas Aithal.
