G. Shiva Shankar has been awarded Ph.D in Public Administration by the University of Mysore (UoM), Mysuru, for his thesis ‘Public Private Partnership in Solid Waste Management in Karnataka with Special Reference to Mysuru City’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. B.N. Yashodha.
