The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition to M.P. Swetha for her thesis titled ‘Bioavailability and Health Benefits of Moringa Oleifera Seed Cake Polyphenols’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S.P. Mattukumar.
