Play ‘Shivasharana Haralaiah’ staged at Town Hall

Mysuru:  As part of Dasara Festival, Sri Raghavendra Mithra Mandali staged the drama ‘Shivasharana Haralaiah’ at Town Hall in city on Oct.14.

The drama was directed by M.K. Ramaiah, noted theater person from Mysuru.

Music was scored by Kirgasoor Rajappa. Tabla by Rangaswamy. Clarionet by D. Ramu. Dress and make-up by Nagaraju.

Basavanna role was played by Rajanna, Haralaiah by M.K. Ramaiah, Allama Prabhu by Dr. N.N. Prahallada, Akkamahadevi by Pushpa and Madhuarasa by Malla Shetty. Kuppya Venkataram, Muddanna Gowda, Mallesh and Ananthu acted as Sharanaru.
