Garbage dumped in front of Alamma Choultry on Shivarampet Main Road is not cleared and has become an eyesore. The office-bearers of Kunchitigara Sangha have alleged that the Sangha, in a bid to keep the place clean, had spent lakhs of rupees to clean the place which was being used by the public to answer nature’s call but now, the civic workers and shop owners dump garbage which is the cause for the eyesore on the road. They have urged the authorities concerned to get the garbage cleared and also take steps to instruct the civic workers not to dump garbage at the clean place.
