Corporator V. Lokesh Piya has urged for opening Kukkarahalli Lake for walkers and has submitted a memorandum in this regard to Mysore University Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar.
Lokesh said that the COVID-induced lockdown regulations have been relaxed and even parks and gym equipment in the parks are being utilised and urged for opening the lake for walkers by taking all necessary precautionary measures.
