Sir,
I am a user of HP Gas cylinder. About seven years back when the HP Gas agency under the name of Samrat Gas Agency on Aniketana Road, Kuvempunagar, shut down, my name was transferred to Sri Raghavendra Gas Agency on Maruti Temple Road, T.K. Layout. Right from the date of transfer to the said agency, I have been observing that each time it takes not less than ten days to get a cylinder from the date of booking it.
On the contrary, Bharat Gas Agency with whom I have opted for the additional cylinder, is taking just a day to supply cylinder. Therefore, my concern is why HP Gas agency takes so much of time when compared to Bharat Gas Agency.
On behalf of a large number of citizens, I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter and insist for supply of cylinders on time.
