PM Narendra Modi to visit Mysuru on Feb.19

Mysuru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who kick started the BJP’s poll campaign in Bengaluru on Feb.4, will be visiting the city on Feb.19.

During his visit, the PM will inaugurate the electrified Mysuru – Bengaluru double Railway track, flag off the new train between Mysuru and Rajasthan and officially declare the Naganahalli Railway Station as a Satellite Terminal Station, for which the Centre has allocated Rs.789.29 crore in the Budget.

This apart, the Prime Minister will launch the eight-laning of Mysuru-Bengaluru Highway Road and also inaugurate the new Blocks at ESI Hospital on KRS Road.

After these official programmes, the Prime Minister will address a mammoth BJP rally at Maharaja’s College Grounds at 4 pm, for which the State and local BJP leaders have already begun preparations, according to MP Pratap Simha.

PM Modi inaugurating several significant Centre-sponsored projects during his visit to the city, is all set to give a fitting reply to the Congress in CM Siddharamaiah’s home district of Mysuru, according to BJP sources.
