Prabhakar (63), Chief of Sri Prasanna Saibaba Mandira on Thyagaraja Road, Mysuru, passed away yesterday in city.
He leaves behind his mother, sister and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning, according to family sources.
