Pramod Rao (56), CEO of Nexshore Technologies, Mysuru, passed away early this morning after a brief illness in Bengaluru.

He leaves behind his wife Maya Rao, son Varun Rao, daughter Varsha Rao and aged mother Seethabai.

Pramod did B.Tech from IIT-Kanpur and MS from the US. After working in big companies like AutoCad and Geometric Solutions, he returned to Mysuru and started Nexshore Technologies with branches in the US and Bengaluru.

Last rites were held at Banashankari crematorium in Bengaluru today.
