Mysore/Mysuru: The Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA), GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women (GSSSIETW), Mysuru, has organised ‘Prayag-2021’ — an Inter-Collegiate Fest for UG students — at the College premises tomorrow (Nov. 26).
The Fest brings together students from various institutions in and around Mysuru and provides them a common platform to express their talent in a professional way.
The winners will be awarded with attractive cash prizes and certificates.
Prayag-2021 consists of events like Fashion Show, Mock Stock Trading, Manage the Mayhem, Quiz, Photography and Ad-Selfie.
Mock Stock Trading is a game played to stimulate stock trading skills on real time basis.
Manage the Mayhem involves problem-solving abilities among the team members which analyse information, negotiate and cooperate with one another. Situation will be given on the spot.
Quiz competition is to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge. Quiz has two rounds including preliminary round and final round.
Photography competition aims to uncover unnoticed images around us. Successful photographs will communicate a visual narrative through excellent technical and creative skills. The theme of photography will be given on the spot and the photographs that are submitted for competition should be captured within the campus.
Ad-Selfie competition gives participants the best chance to go viral on social media. Product will be given on the spot.
The registration process starts at 8.30 am, followed by the events and winds up with a Music Band Concert performed by ‘Lohar the Blacksmith,’ according to a press release from the Programme Coordinator. For details, contact Mob: 97917-60120.
