The Backward Classes Welfare Department (BCWD), Mysuru district, has invited online applications from students of Backward Classes Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B, SC/ST & others seeking admission to its Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Boys/ Girls Hostels in Mysuru district for the year 2024-25.

Pre-Matric students of Category-1 and SC/ST, whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 1 lakh and students of Category-2A, 2B, 3A, 3B & others, whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 44,500, are eligible to apply for Pre-Matric Hostels.

Post-Matric students (only PUC or Equivalent courses) of Category-1 and SC/ST whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 2.50 lakh and students of Category-2A, 2B, 3A, 3B & others, whose parents’ annual income is below Rs. 1 lakh, are eligible to apply for  Post-Matric Hostels.

Last date to apply for Pre-Matric Hostels is July 10 and for Post-Matric Hostels is July 20.
