Bengaluru: Press any button on the EVM at a polling booth in Hebbal Constituency and the vote was going to lotus symbol (BJP), alleged Congress Spokesperson Brijesh Kalappa.
Five polling booths were set up at an apartment in RMV II Stage. At the second polling booth the aforementioned mistake was happening forcing many voters to return without polling, according to a tweet by Brijesh.
On learning about the malfunction, the Returning Officer put the polling on hold and got the EVM changed.
