Prize winners of essay contest

Mysuru: An inter-school essay competition on the topic “Women Empowerment” was held at St. Joseph’s College for Women, Sathagalli recently.

The winners were awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 4,000 (first place), Rs. 3,000 (second place) and Rs. 2000 (third place).

The following are the prize- winning students:

Bi Bi Ayesha Khan of 10th standard, Andalus English School (I place), Shirley Alphonsa of 10th Standard, St. Joseph’s CBSE School, Jayalakshmipuram (II place), S.N. Sagarika of 10th Standard, St. Joseph’s CBSE School, Jayalakshmipuram (III place).
