The following schools have won prizes in the State-level School Band Competition, organised by Kreeda Bharati, Karnataka, at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala in Yadavagiri here recently:

Mangala Vidya Mandir, Yalahanka, Bengaluru – 1st place; Anugraha Vidya Samsthe, Halli Mysore – 2nd, Sharath Memorial School, Ramanagara – 3rd; Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Vijayanagar, Mysuru – 4th;                                                       Seva Bharathi School, Chamarajanagar – 5th; Sri Rama Vidya Kendra, Kalladka, Dakshina Kannada – 6th; Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Banashankari, Bengaluru – 7th, Vivekananda Kannada Medium School,                    Tenkila, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada – 8th; Maharshi Public School, Mysuru – 9th and Mangala Vidya Mandira, Kanakapura – 10th place.
