Prof. Shivabasavanna, former Principal, Mandya Boys College, passed away at his residence in Yadavagiri here this morning. He was 87.
He leaves behind a son, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be held at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds at Vidyaranyapuram at 5 pm today, according to family sources.
