Mysore/Mysuru: Kuttanda Ranjan Cariappa, Athletic Coach at the Madras Regiment Centre of Indian Army in Wellington, Ooty, has been promoted to the post of Subedar. He will discharge his duty as Subedar at Wellington.
He hails from Hadageri village of Madapura in Kodagu and is the son of late Cariappa and Kasturi.
