Recently we, senior citizens, had been to the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Zonal Office at Sharadadevinagar to submit last year’s property tax paid receipt xerox copy.  Unfortunately, the condition which prevailed there was horrifying.

The Zonal Office was terribly crowded. Though the Government has formed norms for the people to follow, nobody observed it. The staff were helpless. 

After submitting the form, we decided that we should call MCC Commissioner to solve our problem and informed him through WhatsApp. It was really amazing that within 15 minutes we received call from the MCC Revenue Inspector informing that he will come to our place and collect the property tax.

 Pradeep and Ashok  arrived at our place and generated the tax proforma (property tax details) and collected the cheque. The payment receipt was delivered at our doorstep next day.

We really appreciate their honesty and time-bound help in solving our problem. We are grateful to MCC Commissioner and staff. I hope all the senior citizens can avail this facility and take care of their health.
