Pt. Puttaraja Sahitya Puraskar: Books invited for award

Dr. Pt. Puttaraja Seva Samithi, Gadag, has invited applications for the State-level Pt. Puttaraja Sahitya Puraskar. Literary works published in Kannada, Hindi and Sanskrit languages during 2023-24 are eligible.

While Kannada works will be considered for the award, the Samithi will honour the selected Hindi and Sanskrit works with Puttaraja Sahitya Samman.

The State-level award carries a cash reward of Rs. 5,000, memento and citation.

The Samithi will honour ten select literary works with Krithirathna of the Year.

The awards will be presented during Dr. Pt. Puttaraja Punyasmaranothsava, according to  press release from Awards Committee Member-Convenor Dr. Suma Hadapada Haliyala.

Interested authors must send their details along with their photograph, introductory letter and the copy of their literary work published between Apr.1, 2023 and Mar. 31, 2024 before July 10 to C.K.H.  Shastry (Kadani), Member, Pt.
