A public consultation meeting has been organised in connection with the preparation of  Nanjangud City Municipal Council’s (CMC) budget for the year 2026-27 on Feb. 16 at 11 am. The meeting, which will be chaired by Deputy Commissioner and CMC Administrative Officer will be held at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhavan in Nanjangud. Registered  local organisations, NGOs, commercial and industrial associations and representatives of other organisations may participate. In a press release, the CMC Commissioner has appealed participants to offer suitable suggestions for the development of Nanjangud town and also about resource mobilisation.
