Rachappa (65), father of Mysuru Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) R. Shivakumar, passed away yesterday in city. He was staying with his son in Nazarbad here.
A native of Tamalenahalli village in Jagaluru taluk of Davangere district, he leaves behind his wife, two sons, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Tamalenahalli today, according to family sources.
