Rajamma Puttasiddaiah (70), wife of Rajyotsava awardee Puttasiddaiah, passed away yesterday, following brief illness.

She leaves behind her husband, sons Shivaprasad, Shankar and Somashekar, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the family’s farm land in Kote Hundi village in the taluk yesterday evening.
