Rakesh, a I PUC student of Marimallappa PU College, has been selected attend the one-month Indian sub-junior wrestling camp to be held at NIS, Patiala from May 16. A national level bronze medallist in the 100kg category, Rakesh, is the son a famous wrestler Shankar Chakravarthy (CAR Police HQ,) and J. Latha. He trains under L. Manjappa, a retired SAI wrestling coach.
