Condemning the ghastly act of gang rape and murder of a minor school girl at Vijayapura recently, the members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) staged a candle light protest at Agrahara Circle in city last evening and demanded the Government to initiate steps to arrest the culprits immediately and also to take action against Police Officers for refusing to register the complaint.
